Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain pay-related information clearly.
• Experience in project coordination or administration with ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Preferred: Relevant internships or HR administrative experience.
• Preferred: 2 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop job descriptions and conduct job analysis and evaluations for assigned business areas.
• Conduct market analyses and recommendations; participate in salary surveys.
• Assist in the annual salary compensation review.
• Support the administration of compensation including salary and API.
• Assist with data analysis to inform the design, development and updates of compensation programs and projects.
