Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Compensation Advisor to act as a primary advisor for assigned lines of business, guiding pay strategy with market data and trend analysis.

You will partner with HRBPs and stakeholders to translate complex compensation concepts into actionable insights, and develop dashboards that highlight pay parity and cost-of-impact scenarios. This role supports workforce planning in a regulated environment and offers a formal path for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field with 5 years of compensation experience.
• Expert Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivots, formulas).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams for collaboration.
• Experience with market pricing tools (MarketPay/Payfactors).
• Ability to build dynamic pay dashboards and visualize pay parity and cost impact.
• Translate complex compensation concepts for HRBPs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Balance talent needs with organizational pay philosophy through consultative partnership.
