HCSC is seeking a Compensation Analyst to develop job descriptions and conduct job analyses across assigned business areas. You will analyze market salary data, participate in salary surveys, and support the annual compensation review to help shape fair pay structures.

This role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, strong Excel skills, and proven ability to manage multiple projects. The position offers a flex hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote) in our Chicago office.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain pay-related information clearly.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and meeting timelines is essential.
