Job summary

Hunterdon Health is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support system-wide compensation programs, market benchmarking, and HRIS-related activities. The role entails salary analyses, job evaluations, and compliance with compensation regulations in a hybrid setting requiring 2 days per week in the Flemington, NJ office.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree and 1–2 years of compensation/HR analytics experience, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with HR systems.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; business/CS or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related HR functions required.
• Strong Excel/Word/Office skills and data analysis ability required.

Responsibilities

• Benchmark jobs against survey data to set compensation ranges.
• Develop, analyze, and maintain compensation-related reports and budgets; assist with merit increases and bonuses.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to determine wage and salary rates for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
• Update and align job descriptions with compensation structures.
• Maintain HRIS functions related to compensation and position management; ensure data accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
