Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field; 5 years of compensation experience.
Expert Microsoft Excel proficiency (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, logic formulas).
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Teams for collaboration with stakeholders.
Proficiency with market pricing tools (MarketPay/Payfactors).
Ability to build dynamic data visualizations highlighting pay parity, market gaps, and cost-of-impact scenarios.
Strong ability to translate complex compensation concepts for HRBPs and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Acts as a primary advisor for assigned lines of business on pay issues and market trends.
Balances business talent needs with organizational pay philosophy through advanced consultative partnership.
