Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a compensation professional to help develop job descriptions, analyze market data, and participate in salary surveys.

The role supports compensation administration and the design of compensation programs. Hybrid schedule applies: 3 days in office, 2 days remote, with potential scheduling adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, formulas, and formatting).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain pay-related information clearly.
• Experience in project coordination or administration with ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain pay-related information clearly.
• Experience in project coordination or administration with ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant internships or HR administrative experience.
• 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.
• Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week.
• Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

Base Pay Range

Base Pay Range $52,200.00 - $94,600.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
