Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a Compensation Analyst to design, administer, and continuously improve compensation programs. You will work with market data, conduct analyses, and provide actionable insights to attract and retain caregivers.

This hybrid role requires on-site work in Indianapolis, IN. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in compensation or HR analytics; certifications such as CCP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CCP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are preferred.
• Experience supporting compensation survey management, market pricing, benchmark maintenance, and market data governance.
• Knowledge of compensation program administration—merit increases, market reviews, incentive plans, salary structures, job evaluation, and job architecture.
• Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating internal equity, market competitiveness, pay practices, and providing compensation recommendations to leaders and HR partners.

Responsibilities

• Support design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs.
• Manage market data, surveys, and benchmark maintenance.
• Provide data-driven insights to attract, retain, and engage caregivers.
• Develop and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Collaborate with HRIS and stakeholders to improve processes, reporting, and data quality.
