Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our HR team in Wilmington. The role supports compensation program design, implementation, and administration to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance.

The position partners with business lines on job descriptions, leads key compensation processes, and provides data-driven insights for merit and bonus decisions. Hybrid schedule with on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with compensation surveys, job evaluations, and incentive plans.
• CCP designation preferred;Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions with business lines.
• Advise on pay decisions, bonus strategy, and policy interpretation.
• Perform job evaluations using market data and surveys.
• Lead the Annual Bonus Plan and merit processes in Workday.
• Maintain compensation guidelines and audit trails.
