Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support compensation programs, analyze job responsibilities and salary ranges, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. The role involves Workday administration and cross-functional collaboration with HR and leadership.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in compensation, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and Workday HCM. Hybrid schedule includes approximately two days per week in Plano, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with 2–4 years of compensation experience.
• Global compensation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compensation analysis and administration for Ryan’s compensation programs and policies.
• Maintain and prepare compensation documentation and language changes for leadership reviews.
• Support annual merit and promotion cycles, including updating matrices and reviewing salary adjustments.
• Perform data changes in the Workday system.
