Qualifications

• High school diploma is a requirement.
• At least 1 year in veterinary practice or customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Compassionate and professional under stress.
• Exceptional telephone and computer skills.
• Team player and willing to learn.
• Preferred: Experience using a Practice Management System.

Responsabilités

• Answer main practice phone and route calls.
• Maintain hospital appointment calendar.
• Greet visitors and manage waiting times.
• Assist in training new staff.
• Keep waiting area clean and stocked.
• Confirm appointments via client’s preferred method.
• Provide backup support to technical staff.
