Petco is seeking a Concierge for our Vetco Total Care hospital to deliver outstanding patient and client experiences. You will manage the front desk, coordinate appointments, greet clients, and support clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

You should bring at least 1 year in veterinary or customer-facing roles, excellent communication, and a team-oriented attitude. This role emphasizes empathy, professionalism, and reliable teamwork.

Competenze

• Must have at least 1 year experience working in veterinary practice or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be compassionate and sympathetic and maintain a professional attitude.

Mansioni

• Answer the practice phone and route calls.
• Maintain hospital appointment calendar and online bookings.
• Greet visitors and patients by name; notify staff of arrivals.
• Monitor wait times and assist during peak periods or emergencies.
• Assist in training new staff and share knowledge.
• Keep waiting area clean and stocked with supplies.
• Confirm appointments by client preference (phone, email, text).
• Provide backup support to staff when needed.
