Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide to provide quality care to residents in Bridgeport, WV. You will assist with activities of daily living, respond to emergencies, and support residents and staff with compassionate, respectful care.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, completion of an approved PCA program, and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to become certified within 60 days. Competitive benefits and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance with daily living activities for residents.
• Report incidents and concerns to appropriate staff.
• Assist residents with mobility and activities of daily living, including meals and movement.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident areas as directed.
• Respond promptly to calls and emergencies and maintain calm during incidents.
• Plan and conduct activity programs for residents.
• Support move-in transitions and provide emotional support to new residents.
• Adhere to confidentiality policies for resident information.
• Attend in-services and staff meetings and work a flexible schedule.
