Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a full-time Front Desk / Patient Registration specialist for the Outpatient Rehabilitation site. You will handle patient check-in, insurance verification and scheduling, delivering courteous service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and prior customer-relations experience. Training is provided, and benefits include PTO, health coverage, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer relations experience required.
• Experience with Medical Records Software preferred, Front desk practice experience preferred.

• Enters and maintains confidential patient information including insurance and billing
• Assists billing functions and adheres to regulatory requirements
• Monitors inventory and stock medications and emergency equipment
