Advocate Health is seeking a Patient Registration Specialist in the High Point area. You will register patients, conduct interviews, collect co-pays, and verify insurance information to ensure smooth admissions and services.

You will greet patients, handle inquiries, and route them to the proper department while maintaining accuracy and a patient-friendly experience. Rotating schedules may apply.

Responsibilities

• Explain HIPAA privacy and direct patients to the correct area.
• Greet patients and guide them through the process.
• Support medical record numbers assignment and pre-admissions as needed.
• Coordinate with departments to complete orders and referrals.
