Qualifications

• Computer experience required.
• Customer relations experience required.
• Experience with Medical Records Software preferred; Front desk practice experience preferred.

• Encourages patient utilization of front-end technology during registration.
• Enters and maintains confidential patient information including insurance, billing, and payments; assists billing functions as needed.
• Demonstrates proficiency of emergency codes and applicable federal and state healthcare regulations.
• Monitors inventory and stock medications, narcotics, and emergency medications/equipment.
