Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and treat everyone courteously.
• Collect specimens following established procedures.
• Explain venipuncture process with calm, clear communication.
• Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required.
• Enter patient and billing information into PathConnect carefully.
• Maintain daily PSC/IOPST logs and assist with monthly statistics.
