PathGroup is seeking a Patient Services Technician/Phlebotomist to perform daily patient service activities in a fast-paced PSC or in-office PST setting. You will interact with clients and patients, collect specimens, and process samples following established procedures.

Responsibilities include accurate data entry, timely specimen collection, maintaining records, and providing courteous service. On-site work schedule is Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:00pm with a professional team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred. (May be required based on state and laboratory guidelines.)
• Phlebotomist Certification preferred (Louisiana requirement).
• At least 1 year of prior related experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greets customers and provides courteous service.
• Ensures all specimens are collected accurately and on time.
• Explain venipuncture and specimen collection processes clearly to patients.
• Disposes of biohazards according to laws and policies.
• Enter patient and specimen data into PathGroup systems.
