Job summary

ViziRecruiter LLC is seeking a Guest Services Associate in a healthcare setting. You will conduct proactive patient rounds, respond to call bells, and facilitate communication between patients and care teams to enhance the patient experience.

You will refer clinical questions to licensed staff, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate empathy while handling multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork across disciplines are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, customer service, patient relations, or high-touch service environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive patient rounds using the Rounding platform, respond to patient call bells and non-clinical requests, and facilitate communication between patients and care teams.
• Promote timely communication, responsiveness, comfort, and an exceptional patient experience as a liaison between patients, families, nursing, providers, and hospital departments.
• Do not provide clinical care or advice; promptly refer clinical questions to licensed team members.
