Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 year hospital experience in high-contact customer service area preferred.
• Some knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Basic CPR qualified preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing customer service standards and policies.
• Act as resource person for hospital associates and guests on customer service matters.
• Conduct rounds on inpatient units to identify service gaps and resolve issues.
• Serve as liaison between guests and hospital areas to direct needs and access services.
• Provide information to guests, associates and partners as needed.
