Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Emulate customer service concept while performing duties.
• Assist in establishing customer service standards and policies.
• Serve as resource for hospital associates and guests on service matters.
• Partner with teams to meet patients' needs and resolve issues.
• Act as liaison between guests and hospital areas to direct to correct service.
• Provide information on appointments, transport, and local services as needed.
