Job summary

Urgency Room is seeking a Guest Coordinator to ensure a seamless guest experience. You will greet guests, manage scheduled and walk-in interactions, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential.

You will maintain accurate records, collaborate with departments, and support a patient-centered workflow across locations. Travel to other Urgency Room sites is required for trainings and meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and office equipment

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Manage scheduled and walk-in patient interactions to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and support
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback to improve service delivery
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to guest care and satisfaction
