Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years experience in a customer service position, preferably in a medical field.
• Strong computer skills, proficient with Excel.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent quick-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual, especially Spanish-speaking, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome each individual, delivering superior customer service.
• Answer questions and meet visitors' needs with hospital knowledge.
• Obtain authorization before guiding visitors per protocol.
• Coordinate transportation equipment like wheelchairs and walkers.
• Provide information on tests, wayfinding, patient location, hours, and restrictions.
• Enforce safety by cross-checking visitor requests with restriction lists.
• Assist with coordinating transportation, dining, hotel, or personal needs.
• Work with volunteers to assign wayfinding tasks and support guest needs.
