• Conduct proactive patient rounds using the Huron Rounding platform and respond to calls and non-clinical requests.
• Serve as liaison between patients, families and care teams to ensure timely communication and comfort.
• Escalate clinical questions or changes to licensed clinical staff; no clinical care provided.
