Responsibilities

• Greets and signs in patients; secures signatures for all required documentation.
• Verifies insurance and demographic information, educates on resources.
• Coordinates care between primary, specialty, and ancillary services.
• Creates and maintains medical records; routes incoming calls and inquiries.
• Schedules, confirms or reschedules patient appointments; Televox reports daily.
