Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through the admission process
• Verify insurance and collect/validate demographics and documentation
• Process patient forms and payments accurately
• Maintain smooth front desk operations and high-quality patient experience
• Assist with scheduling and patient flow to reduce delays
