Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Experience with EMR/PM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance and process documentation to start visits.
