SimonMed Imaging seeks a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission with empathy and accuracy at our imaging centers. You will greet patients, verify insurance, and process documentation to ensure a smooth start to every visit.

In a fast-paced setting, you will maintain patient data with precision, support scheduling, and collaborate with clinical teams to deliver outstanding patient experiences. High school diploma required; 1+ year of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or patient access experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through admission with empathy.
• Verify insurance and process documentation for appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient demographics, insurance info, and medical histories.
• Support front desk operations and resolve scheduling or patient flow issues.
