SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission at our imaging centers. You will greet patients, verify insurance, and process documentation to ensure a smooth start to every visit.

The role requires empathy, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain accurate demographics and payments while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through admissions
• Verify insurance information and process documentation
• Maintain accurate patient demographics, insurance, and medical histories
• Support scheduling and patient flow at front desk
