Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and facilitate admission flow across imaging centers.
• Verify insurance and process documentation for the visit.
• Support scheduling, billing, and patient flow to ensure a smooth experience.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and support teams.
• Maintain accurate patient demographics and payments with care.
