Qualifications

• At least 2 years of call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus with differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries related to scheduling patients for Terros services promptly.
• Ensure clinical, financial, insurance and administrative information is accurately obtained.
• Triage requests and complete services in a timely manner.
• Perform patient pre-registration and update patient information.
• Complete pre-enrollment duties including insurance verifications and reporting requests.
• Enter data and confirm appointments; communicate with back-office staff as needed.
