Terros Health seeks a Health Center Relations Specialist at the 27th Ave Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. This in-office role focuses on greeting patients, scheduling, intake interviews, and data collection, reporting to the Practice Supervisor. Strong front office experience in healthcare or related fields is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year relevant front office customer facing service experience in healthcare, hospitality or banking.
• Front Office Experience in Healthcare, Behavioral Health, Dental or a Medical Office preferred.
• Familiarity with health insurance eligibility and electronic health record management systems; NextGen preferred.
• Intermediate level of competency in Microsoft Suite and web-based programs.
• Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet individuals entering the clinic in a professional, courteous manner and assist their needs with compassion.
• Process patient check-in and notify staff of arrivals; update data during auto-flow with four-point check.
• Review and update daily schedules and ensure data accuracy.
• Gather and maintain patient demographics in compliance with guidelines.
• Understand insurance types such as Medicare, Medicaid, commercial plans.
