Terros Health is seeking a Health Center Relations Specialist for our Desert Cove location in Phoenix, AZ. The role greets patients, assists with scheduling, and handles intake and paperwork with compassion and efficiency.

You will join a team focused on whole-person care with extensive benefits and growth opportunities. Training will be provided, and the position is based at a single Desert Cove site.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year front office customer-facing experience in healthcare, hospitality, or banking.
• Front office experience in healthcare or behavioral health preferred.
• Familiarity with health insurance eligibility and electronic health records systems.
• Intermediate competency in Microsoft Suite and web-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet individuals entering the clinic in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process patient check-in and notify staff of arrivals.
• Review and update daily schedules with accurate data.
• Gather and maintain patient demographics following guidelines.
• Assist with intake interviews and required paperwork.
• Support other front desk tasks as needed in a fast-paced setting.
