Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Health Center Relations Specialist at our Stapley Health Center in Mesa, AZ. You will be the front line, greeting patients, handling check-ins, collecting information, and coordinating with staff to ensure smooth clinic flow.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient service, accurate data collection, familiarity with health insurance, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of front office/customer-facing healthcare experience.
• Familiarity with health insurance eligibility and EHR systems; NextGen preferred.
• Strong organization, time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet individuals entering the clinic in a professional and courteous manner and assist their needs with compassion.
• Process patient check-ins and notify staff of arrivals; update data during the flow.
• Review and update daily schedules; ensure data accuracy and availability for staff.
• Gather and maintain patient demographics and ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling.
