Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Health Center Relations Specialist for our 27th Ave location in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on welcoming patients, coordinating check-ins, and updating demographics while supporting daily front desk operations with a compassionate, professional approach.

Must have at least one year of front office experience in healthcare or related fields, with familiarity in insurance and NextGen EHR preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of front office customer-facing service in healthcare, hospitality, or banking.
• Experience with health insurance eligibility and EHR systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with NextGen and basic Microsoft Office tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a professional, courteous manner and assist their needs promptly.
• Process patient check-in and notify staff of arrivals.
• Update patient demographics and scheduling information accurately.
• Maintain organized schedules and support front desk operations in a fast-paced clinic.
