Job summary

Terros Health at Stapley Health Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Health Center Relations Specialist to greet patients, schedule appointments, conduct intake interviews, and support front desk operations with compassion and professionalism.

You will collect patient demographics, verify basic insurance information, and liaise with clinical staff to ensure smooth check-ins. Spanish-speaking preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package, PTO, holidays, EAP, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year front office or patient-facing experience in healthcare, hospitality, or banking.
• Strong communication and compassionate, professional approach.
• Able to work evenings and occasional Saturdays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a professional, courteous manner and assist needs with empathy.
• Process patient check-ins and notify staff of arrivals; update intake data.
• Review and update daily schedules and ensure accurate data capture.
• Collect and maintain patient demographics, ensuring accuracy per guidelines.
• Have basic knowledge of insurance types (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial).
