• Input patient/guarantor demographic and financial information; explain insurance benefits and collect payments.
• Perform financial analysis of each case and inform patients of financial responsibilities.
• Balance cash drawers daily and process deposits at shift end.
• Maintain privacy and professionalism in all interactions; adapt to patient populations.
• Handle duties across multiple functions as needed.
