Job summary

Evergreen Memorial Trust is seeking a Family Service Counselor to help families with burial needs and pre-need planning. You will guide clients through cemetery options, build relationships, and present tailored solutions to fit budgets while maintaining accurate records and delivering compassionate service.

This full-time role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions, sales bonuses, and full benefits in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in consultative, direct, or relationship sales (preferred).
• Excellent phone skills and active listening.
• Neat appearance, refined manners, and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Meet with families to present cemetery options and pre-planning programs with empathy.
• Generate prospective leads through outreach and follow-ups.
• Conduct consultative sales presentations tailored to each family’s preferences and budget.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure seamless service from start to finish.
