Ryther is seeking a Medical Scheduler and Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for families seeking care—on the phone, at the front desk, and in getting them scheduled for the help they need.

This role blends the fast pace of a call center with the relationship-building of front office work, fielding calls, greeting clients, and proactively scheduling their first appointment to convert inquiries into care.

Qualifications

• Experience handling phone or text communications in a customer-facing setting.
• Ability to de-escalate and remain calm with distressed individuals.
• Proven ability to schedule appointments and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Data entry accuracy with basic computer and EHR systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite.

Responsibilities
