Job summary

Qualifications

• High School/GED preferred.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred.
• Medical office experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate new patient appointments across multiple locations.
• Verify and update patient information in the EHR.
• Inform patients of required items for their visit (ID, insurance cards, co-pays, medications, immunization records, paperwork).
• Assist with triaging appointment urgency with nurses or providers.
• Follow up with patients who missed appointments to reschedule.
