Everstory Partners in Plymouth, MI is seeking a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral and cemetery product options, building trust through consultative, compassionate service.

You will manage a pipeline via leads, referrals, and outreach, meet customers, and close contracts while earning commissions. A minimum high school diploma and CRM experience are preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of sales-related experience preferred.
• CRM experience withHubSpot/Salesforce etc. preferred.
• Commission-based, performance-driven environment experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend appropriate funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through leads, referrals, networking and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; follow up with prospects.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, customer relationships and sales activities throughout the process.
• Attend funeral and memorial services as appropriate to support families.
