Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor in Richmond, KY to help families navigate funeral and cemetery options with care and clarity. This full-time role focuses on consultative B2C sales, lead generation, and building lasting relationships in the local community.

You will manage leads via HubSpot, meet with clients, and guide them through purchasing decisions while earning commissions based on performance. Training is provided and evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of sales-related experience.
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Bilingual or multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and recommend products and services.
• Sell funeral and cemetery services, property, and memorial products.
• Build a pipeline via leads, referrals, and community outreach.
• Respond to inquiries and manage follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
• Use HubSpot to track leads and activities.
• Participate in community events and networking.
