This full-time role emphasizes consultative selling, relationship-building, and community outreach, with earnings potential based on commissions and performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales or relationship-based roles preferred.
• Bilingual ability is a plus, especially Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services, property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through various lead sources including community outreach and referrals.
• Respond to inquiries and guide customers through purchasing decisions and documentation.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
