Job summary

Everstory Partners in Somerset, KY seeks a Sales Counselor to help families navigate funeral and cemetery decisions with compassion. This role combines consultative B2C sales, lead generation, and community outreach to build lasting relationships.

You will manage leads in HubSpot, work with local funeral homes and cemetery teams, and earn commissions based on your sales performance while providing support through every step of the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in sales or related roles.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus (Spanish/Chinese/Tagalog/Vietnamese/Arabic).
• Experience using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
• Must be comfortable in a commission-based environment and prospecting for new business.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through leads, referrals, networking and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective customers throughout the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and community members.
• Explain products, pricing, and options clearly and compassionately.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete contracts.
• Use HubSpot to track leads, appointments, and sales activities.
