Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, especially Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or Arabic.
• One year of sales-related experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot/Salesforce/MS Dynamics) preferred.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related products.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through leads, referrals, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; follow up throughout the sales process.
