Job summary

Everstory Partners is hiring a Sales Counselor in Erie, PA to help families select funeral and cemetery services with empathy and clarity. You will manage leads and guide families through purchasing decisions, earning commissions based on performance.

The role involves consultative B2C sales, prospecting, community outreach, and using HubSpot CRM to track activity and results. Training is paid during the first six weeks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of sales or relationship-based experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Dynamics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, relationships, appointments, and follow-ups.
