Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor in the Harrisburg, PA area to sell funeral and cemetery services and related products. You will build a pipeline through inbound leads, referrals, and outreach, guiding families with compassionate consultative selling.

Role includes uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, with paid training during the first 6 weeks. Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• One year of sales or relationship-based experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Dynamics preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation, referrals, networking and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; conduct follow-up through the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and community members.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and sales opportunities throughout the process.
