Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor in Carnegie, PA to help families navigate funeral and cemetery choices. This full-time role combines consultative B2C sales, community outreach, and lead development to build lasting relationships and drive new business.

You will earn a target of $55,000–$65,000 in the first year with uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, plus paid training during the first six weeks. Uploads and documentation are completed through HubSpot CRM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.
• One year of experience in sales or related roles preferred.
• Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Comfortable in commission-based, performance-driven sales environments.
• Strong sales communication, relationship-building, negotiation, consultative selling, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must obtain and maintain state licenses within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and provide consultative guidance on available products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation, referrals, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; follow up throughout the sales process.
• Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, customer relationships, appointments, and sales opportunities.
• Attend funeral and memorial services as appropriate to support families.
• Partner with funeral homes, cemetery, operations, and location leadership to provide a positive customer experience.
