Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor in Waynesburg, PA to guide individuals and families through funeral and cemetery product choices. You will manage a pipeline through inbound leads, referrals, and community outreach, and earn commissions based on performance while providing compassionate, consultative service.

You will meet with families to understand their needs, explain pricing and options, and guide them through purchasing decisions with clear documentation and CRM tracking.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar is preferred.
• Comfortable selling in a commission-based environment with prospecting and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads, customer inquiries, and walk-in opportunities.
• Conduct follow-up with prospective customers throughout the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers, families, and community members.
