Job summary

Everstory Partners seeks a Sales Counselor in Greene County, Waynesburg, PA to guide families through funeral and cemetery decisions with compassionate consultative selling. You will manage leads in HubSpot, build a strong sales pipeline, and collaborate with local funeral home and cemetery teams.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or relationship-based experience preferred.
• CRM experience with lead management platforms preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through referrals, prospecting, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; follow up on prospects.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and sales opportunities.
• Attend funeral/memorial services to support families.
