Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral and cemetery decisions with empathy and care. You will manage leads, build relationships, and close pre-need and at-need services, merchandise, and cemetery property.

You’ll develop a robust pipeline through inbound leads, referrals, and community outreach, earning commissions based on individual sales performance. The role requires excellent communication, bilingual abilities a plus, and willingness to work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, particularly in Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog/Filipino, Vietnamese, or Arabic.
• One year of experience in sales or related roles preferred.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsabilités

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through lead generation, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; follow up throughout the sales process.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, relationships, appointments, and opportunities.
